You will create dough, kneed, prove and bake your bread, there has to be a little bit of tasting to finish it off. These are community baking sessions for all. Ben hopes to run more sessions if you want to advance your knowledge and skills.

Antiracism is activism: How to show up
Hári Sewell is an author, lecturing, training provider and researcher specialising on racial justice.
In this follow up seminar, Hári will be working with you to consider any action taken within current societal norms + structures society will be constrained by a need to prop up systems that have colonised and continue to colonise people. The second area that Hári will support you to consider the role of collective action in liberating new possibilities.

It can be difficult to find the time in daily life to talk about the topic, so the Death Cafe movement was set up to enable people to talk. Polly's Puppets family fun + music session
Polly's Puppet sessions include music, dance, instruments & puppets. Family fun that leaves you with that feel-good feeling.
Fun is the focus for Polly. These sessions are joyful. Expect lots of music and dance, your children will play with musical instruments and interact with Polly and her puppets. These sessions promote positive mental health and well-being through having a happy, fun and wacky time! For children who can walk (2yrs + and above).
